Abstract Submission Deadline: 30 April 2025

The guidelines for abstract submission could be found below. Please use this Microsoft Word Presentation Abstract Template for oral or poster presentation.

Submit your abstract by clicking here. (You will be forwarded to the Abstract Submission Portal of Kuoni Tumlare Congress.)

Before you begin, please prepare the following information:

 Presenting author’s contact details:

  • Email address
  • Full postal address
  • Daytime and evening phone number

Author and co-author’s details:

  • Full first and family name(s)
  • Affiliation details: department, institution / hospital, city, state (if relevant), country

Abstracts must be submitted with the following sections:

  • Title
  • Presentation Type (Oral or Poster)
  • Thematic Session
  • Abstract text – limited to 700 words

Please use this Microsoft Word Presentation Abstract Template for oral or poster presentation.

The abstract must be written in English. The abstract should be brief and concise.
The body of the abstract should not exceed 700 words including figures and tables.

The body of the abstract should be converted into a PDF format respecting the template.
The title should be short and informative
The body of your abstract should have a minimum of 50 words.

Deadline for oral and poster presentation abstracts: 30 April 2025

All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication. If you need help, please arrange for the review of your abstract by a colleague who has a good competence in English language, by a university scientific publications office (or other similar facility) or by a copy editor, prior to submission.

All materials you wish to display should be related to your presentation and the materials described in the abstract you submitted to the ICP 2025 Scientific Committee.

The presenting author is requested to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.

You accept and understand that all selected abstracts will be published on the Congress Website.

Only the abstracts of registered presenting authors will be included in the final programme. (Registration will open shortly. We will inform you by e-mail if you have registered for the newsletter.)

Next steps:
Abstracts will be reviewed and authors will be notified about of acceptance or rejection of their contribution by 15 May 2025.

Final acceptance is conditional to registration of presenters and their payment  (Deadline for Early bird registration: 2 June 2025).
